- Apply your favorite essential oil to the smart SLEEVE to gain the benefits of aromatherapy.
- Select a soothing sound from a Meditation, Music, or Audiobook app. Then swipe up from the bottom of your screen to leave those apps, this will return you to the smartphone screen.
- Find & tap the SUND app. Activate Airplane Mode Icon. Choose your favorite Vibration. Slide your phone into the sleeve. Lay down. Place the sleeve/phone on your chest with your palms holding it. Enjoy Vagal Nerve Toning

Go to SETTINGS >>> SOUNDS & HAPTICS >>> turn on both PLAY HAPTICS IN RING MODE & PLAY HAPTICS IN SILENT MODE

The SUND app does not download user information, retain it, manipulate it, or resell it.
Vibration applied to the body increases blood flow circulation, which naturally stimulates & heals. Normally a faster heart rate (pulse) is needed to increase blood flow. Since localized vibration does this without increasing the pulse the body reaches a higher state.

When going to bed, set the timer, so the phone turns off while you drift away to sleep.
